At the moment I am very frustrated with this internet...guess I should be grateful for ANY internet in a 3rd world company! :) As you can see I posted several random pictures from our days here - as I was trying to post pictures from yesterday of Bibles, Mugs and Moms - the internet kept shutting me down and I couldn't get the rest of the pictures uploaded - will try again later. Just let me quickly say....yesterday was full of incredible experiences.
Taking the moms to the city was wonderful - they kept thanking us again and again. We ate lunch at the "Boat Noodle" and then took them to the Royal Palace. We took lots of pictures and did lots of hugging.
My favorite story from our day yesterday...as we were walking around the Royal Palace one of the house moms said, "I am happy to be here and am having fun, but I miss my little baby!" Then she pointed to the grass and said if he was here he would have so much fun playing in the grass yard. We had only been gone from the orphanage about 2 1/2 hours and she was missing one of the babies that she cares for----that is a mother's love! :)
As we traveled back to the orphanage, we asked each of them to tell us some of their stories - time doesn't permit me to share details - because it is time to leave - will post more later.
